• Establishing Board of Managers or Governing Board – insuring minutes are taken early in the process
• Guiding selection of Medical Director, Medical Advisory Committee, QA Committee and key staff
• Guiding mission, vision, goals and objectives statements
• Completing applicable State Licensure and Medicare 855 Certification forms
• Active participation in licensure and certification surveys
• Obtaining business license, if needed
• Assisting in client’s selection of identity, branding, logo and marketing strategy

Operational Systems

• Assisting legal counsel with bylaws

The revitalization process begins with an on-site audit and analysis of your facility operations by Clarity Health team members. We will review everything from the business office practices to your clinical operations, from the point of supply entry to billing supplies consumed. This site visit is followed by a deliverable detailing a proposed action plan for improvement.

Description of Clarity Health Managed Services
•Perform an on-site operational systems audit to evaluate efficiencies and conduct a business office audit to evaluate coding, billing processes, electronic claim filing, collections, and outstanding A/R.
•Review payor contracts and reimbursement practices.
•Perform revenue and expense analysis for all departments.
•Interview staff, physicians and managers/administrators to obtain their input and ideas for improvement.
•Analyze and identify market-specific opportunities or threats affecting business success.
•Review vendor contracts, requisition and purchasing approval processes, accounts payable process and salary structure to identify potential cost reductions and facility savings.
•The Clarity Health team is usually on-site for two to three days with additional follow up by phone and e-mail, as needed.
•Options for implementation of action plan and management of facility by Clarity Health.
