The day to day management of the business will be conducted by the two principals: Daniel S. D’Amico and Ronald A. Duperroir. Both are seasoned health care developers and operators with many years of experience. Throughout their long tenure in development, operations, real estate, financing and health care they have developed a wide range of professional and advisory support relationships. These relationships will be represented on the Clarity Advisory Board.
Mr. Daniel S. D’Amico serves as CEO of the Clarity Development and Clarity Realty. His considerable health care experience includes being Vice President of Development and Operations for multiple hospital companies and developing, syndicating, financing, building, staffing, equipping, opening and serving as the CEO of numerous health care facilities. He has also conducted the due diligence for acquisition of multiple hospitals. He has been responsible for leadership, strategic direction, management and corporate development activities including syndication, project management, facility design, construction, pre-opening program development and post-opening operations. Mr. D’Amico is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and has an MBA from Golden Gate University, Monterey, CA.
Mr. Ronald A. Duperroir serves as CEO of Clarity Health and Clarity Government Services. He brings twenty-four years of operations experience with an extensive background in resource loading (recruitment/contracting), resource leveling (staffing), scope preparation (budget, timelines, and delivery dates), client relationships, cost avoidance, continuous design improvement and conducting executive status meetings and client reviews. He is skilled in health care operations, health care construction and executive project management. His education includes a BS in Public Policy, Planning and Management from the School of Architecture, the University of Oregon and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University.
