Who is Clarity?
The Companies of Clarity were envision by two seasoned healthcare professionals in March of 2007 to provide services dedicated to physician partners and contracted
services to the United States Government and it’s agencies. After five years of planning, the Clarity Companies were formed under the leadership of two principals:
Daniel S. D’Amico and Ronald A. Duperroir, both seasoned healthcare executives. The company name “Clarity” means: “Free from obscurity and easy to understand; the
comprehensibility of clear expression.” It is with this definition the two principals created their vision and later developed the foundation of services and mission statements.
The companies consist of Clarity Healthcare Development, Clarity Healthcare Realty Holdings, Clarity Healthcare Managements, Support and Consulting Services, Clarity
Equipment Planning and Execution, Clarity Government Services (a full construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design component), and Clarity Bariatrics (d/b/a Lap Band Centers of Texas).
Clarity and its related entities acquire, develop and operate investment grade healthcare properties and operating companies in growing markets focused on physician
partnerships in the healthcare sector. These include physician practices, general acute care hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, urgent
care clinics, imaging centers, cancer treatment centers, bariatric clinics and specialty medical facilities. Clarity is an innovative leader in creating unique physician
ownership and investment relationships in the development of healthcare real estate, ongoing management and facilities operation. Clarity’s model leverages a true partnership
approach regarding physicians, the Company and investors that reduces risk, enhances earnings and provides for immediate investment returns as well as long term profit potential.
